Hello everyone! I am quite new to RFSoCs. Lately, I tried to do a loopback test on the ZCU111 evaluation kit using Avnet's RFSoC explorer. I followed the two reference examples given in Avnet's product guide and implemented it successfully. However, I didn't quite understand the concepts behind deciding the sampling rate that needs to be chosen and the corresponding NCO frequency in order to get back a signal centered at Fc.
For example, I have an OFDM signal centered at 2300 MHz. Here, I chose the RF DAC sampling rate as 6396.72, which satisfies the Nyquist-Shannon theorem. Now, on the RF ADC side, I choose the NCO frequency as -2300 MHz. But what set of ADC frequencies here would help me receive my signal correctly without any images? If anyone could help me understand this concept in general, I would be grateful. -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "[email protected]" group.
