I try plant casper toolfloe in other zynq board(like Redpitaya),but I found
a problem katcp implemented on redpitaya, the katcp run in Redpitaya board
linux system need a driver "xdevcfg", but this driver was deprecated a couple
of years ago. now xilinx kernel use anathor driver name " fpga manager". the
zynq-7000、zynq ultrascale+ MPSoC and zynq Ultrascale+ RFSoC chip all can use
the "fpga manger" to PL programming. and the driver can need .bin file ,not
.bit file.
I have plant the casper tut1 on my PYNQ-Z2 board (PYNQ system version V2.2)
success, but the V2.3 - V2.6 bacause not the "xdevcfg" driver,before .fpg not
work. I want to know how to change katcp and toolflow some code to support it?
and the katcp install zynqmp PYNQ linux (like ZCU111) is also use "fpga
manager" driver, if need add some change for different version.
