Hi, Nitika,

It looks like systemctl thinks tcpborphserver3  ran and exited successfully 
(even though exiting probably means it wasn't really successful).  Are you able 
to start it manually from the command line?  That might give you some 
additional clues about what is happening.  I think you can run "systemctl show 
tcpborphserver3 | grep ExecStart" to find the command line used by systemctl.
