Hi Wang, I think the default ROACH2 boot images all DHCP a dynamic address. I'm not sure if there is a fallback default. If you plug in a USB cable into the board while it boots you should be able to login over serial (device /dev/ttyUSB2, baudrate 115200; see https://casper.astro.berkeley.edu/wiki/Getting_Started_with_ROACH2) at which point you can set/change a static IP.
