Hi Wang, To transfer an fpg file to a ROACH2, you would usually use the standard linux utility scp. Unless you've installed VNC on your ROACH, you won't be able to connect to it that way.
Most people communicate with ROACH2 boards using the casperfpga python package. If you install this you can connect to a board and upload an fpg file with the `upload_to_ram_and_program` command.
