Sorry for all the typo’s in that second paragraph. Clarifying a bit here:

There is not a way in Simulink, that I am aware of, to interface with those 
transceivers to have four individual connections to a 25 GbE network. For the 
ZCU111, using the CASPER 10G ethernet core in Simulink has been demonstrated in 
Simulink for individual connections using the SFP28 cages. It would be feasible 
to believe the ZCU216 can do this too, but I am not sure who may be working on 
this.
