The port order is read from the platform yaml file (for the zcu216, see: https://github.com/casper-astro/mlib_devel/blob/m2021a/jasper_library/platforms/zcu216.yaml#L131-L152). Worth double checking, but from a quick glance it looks like order 0,1,2,3, which from https://docs.xilinx.com/v/u/en-US/ug1390-zcu216-eval-bd (p49) is left top, left lower, right top, right lower.
