I omitted that intentionally after the discussion on IRC yesterday that
highlighted the potential for confusion (based on the confusion folks have over
ListenAddress, see http://wiki.apache.org/cassandra/FAQ). I don't know if that
is the right answer or not; it wouldn't be the first/only cassandra config
option that isn't documented in the sample conf.
