+1; I didn't know where the docs were until very recently. Some time ago 
I did have some suggestions to add, but they are long forgotten now.

Perhaps we could have a "show off a feature day" every once in a while, 
where we would be encouraged to blog about some particular feature. We 
could say something like:
Nov. 5 will be "show off Windsor Registration Day;" everybody is 
encouraged to demonstrate methods for registering classes and interfaces 
with Windsor and link to the documentation about it (provide a doc link 
here). We have till Tuesday to ensure documentation is up to snuff 
beforehand.

Doing so, we would have a couple of days to go over the documentation 
and would hopefully get more coverage of the documentation. I think it 
might be possible to do a couple of these a month.
