some things that could be layed down to enhance Pagination components: - interaction with ActiveRecordBase/Mediator with pagination now that it is a separate component: FindAllPaginated(DetachedCriteria criteria, pageSize, pageIndex) & all
- defining structure for wrapping PageSize/Index in the api? - move most of the computation logic from the MR helper to the component library (make MR helper as thin as required) what do you think?
