Fabian, When I slept with it, I came to the same conclusion you did - it's too rare anyway, and configuring it, or adding IImplementationSelector would be such an overkill that it's just not worth it. If someone comes along who really needs it, we may review their specific scenario and then decide. As for now, I say let's check for duplications and throw exception with explanatory message.
