Yes I am using TeamCity on a regular basis, everyday at work. I have become our build master.
I'm not sure if you were asking as a general question or in relation to how it would help Castle. It's not something Castle needs but we have 5 build agents at work to run builds on which is something CC.NET does not support. TeamCity supports pre-tested commit which is something I have never used because our builds at work take too long but it would be interesting to be able to do this with Castle. There is a big list of features on the JetBrains web site ( http://www.jetbrains.com/teamcity/features/index.html). I cannot think off the top of my head of all the nice little things TeamCity gives you over CC.NET that you don't realise until you start using it. Nice things like the dashboard updating to tell you the current step in the build and statistics of the build configuration (e.g. number of unit tests, build time). I think one of the biggest things TeamCity would give Castle is the ability to set up branches without needing access to the build server as CC.NETdoes. This would actually allow us to build the branches we are creating for projects.
