Richard, Actually GitHub supports that too. You can add other accounts as
admins to your repositories. So (although I still think you should
distribute the credentials), all PMCs can administer the repositories as
themselves without having to impersonate the castleproject user.

btw.. I vote for Castleproject while keeping the Castle username reserved :)
