About including NHibernate et al with MonoRail, here's an idea:
implement something like jQuery.UI 's custom download builder:
http://jqueryui.com/download

For example, selecting MonoRail would make WindsorExtension show up.
Selecting WindsorExtension would automatically select Windsor and its
dependencies.
