We're almost there. It seems there's some issue with paths thought
(only in .NET 4 build which is kind of odd):

script to detect TC and use TC's NUnit task. IIRC this wasn't
necessary on previous versions of TC, it replaced the NUnit
task from MSBuild Community Tasks by it's own.
Anyway, the build's working now but fails because of two
failings tests for DictionaryAdapter.
