NET35
NET40
SL3
SL4
plus in addition:
SILVERLIGHT set when building for SL regardless of version
DOTNET set when building for .NET regardless of version
to be set when compiling for each runtime version...

We're almost there. It seems there's some issue with paths
thought (only in .NET 4 build which is kind of odd):
