They are pretty customizable so you can disable what you don't like.

And you can follow the issue tracker on twitter if you prefer that over email.

 From what I dislike:
- it does not use gravatar by default as profile picture (I already reported
that to JetBrains so it may be fixed soon)
- it does not let us customize our workflow. In particular I miss some issue
statuses, like "Invalid" or "By Design". I have to use "won't fix" in both
cases. (to be fixed in vNext)
- No customizable page Title (it says Welcome to JetBrains YouTrack) whie it
should be something like "Castle Project issue tracker"

As you can see these are just minor issues so I really like it so far.
I also set up a twitter account on top of its new issues feed so you can
follow http://twitter.com/castleissues and get non-intrusive updates about
what's happening.


In general - I'm very happy with the move.
