About the diff, I suggest logging it as enhancement with JetBrains.
They are pretty responsive and their release cycle is relatively short.

They are pretty customizable so you can disable what you don't like.
And you can follow the issue tracker on twitter if you prefer that over
email.

I like it. It's quite pleasant to use.
From what I dislike:
- it does not use gravatar by default as profile picture (I already
reported
that to JetBrains so it may be fixed soon)
- it does not let us customize our workflow. In particular I miss some
issue
statuses, like "Invalid" or "By Design". I have to use "won't fix" in
both
cases. (to be fixed in vNext)
- No customizable page Title (it says Welcome to JetBrains YouTrack) whie
it
should be something like "Castle Project issue tracker"
As you can see these are just minor issues so I really like it so far.
I also set up a twitter account on top of its new issues feed so you can
follow http://twitter.com/castleissues and get non-intrusive updates
about
what's happening.
In general - I'm very happy with the move.
