I'll move the pages about Quartz later today. I'm not currently working on the Quartz facility, and AFAIK no one is. I'd love to have it replace (or get integrated with) the current scheduler facility, but it's not a priority to me or anyone else it seems. So I guess things will stay as they are for now.
