I have moved the CVSI content. None of the other Contrib content has been
moved, however some of it should just be dropped because it is obsolete. I'm
not sure who should make the call there.

I found these 2 plugins for Confluence that provide redirect functionality.
The first is a redirect macro which uses JavaScript which won't be useful to
redirect Google to the new page. The second one looks more likely to perform
a HTTP redirect. This might be worthwhile looking at, or we just continue
with the current pages then in 6 months just turn off Confluence.
