It would be nice to convert all the tests in NH Facility to be in-memory.
The amount of connection strings all over the place is also a headache to 
maintain :(

Henry, sorry to hear that, I'm very protective of my dev machine, my policy is 
not to install crap in it. If I really need it, then I use a VM.
