In May I asked about the NHibernate.ByteCode.Castle assemly/provider.
The feedback was that basically there was no reason for us to maintain
support for it, since NH ships with a default provider.
Turns out ActiveRecord currently requires it in
DefaultDatabaseConfiguration.cs because it expects to set it. Both AR
and FNH mistakenly assume that a proxyfactory.factory_class value must
be set.
