Okay... I don't have time right this second to do the change, but will do so in the next week.

To be clear, our default behavior will no longer be to set a proxy factory. This will also mean that we will no longer include the NHibernate.ByteCode.Castle assembly in any of our packages.

Turns out ActiveRecord currently requires it in DefaultDatabaseConfiguration.cs because it expects to set it. Both AR and FNH mistakenly assume that a proxyfactory.factory_class value must be set.
