Actually, I totally agree with John.
1. I never have used the wizards, and off the usage poll I ran a couple of
months ago there wasn't much attention to these anyway.
2. Being a community project, if no-one will step up to do this, it just
would not be done.
3. Doing a release now means Beta. Until RTM we might be able to slip in the
wizards.
4. NV actually has no real configuration, so it can be set as part of
IMonoRailConfigEvents, so we're covered, only Brail is missing that.
