Hi Dan, Unfortunately we do not have plans to release another VisualStudio package in the near future. The reason is because we do not have anyone available to put one together for us, know anyone?
No single zip file with all the projects in it, but you can go to sf.net ( http://sourceforge.net/projects/castleproject/files/ ) and download them individually. I would actually recommend your mates to start slow and pick a project to start with (Windsor, Monorail, Validation, ActiveRecord, ....).
