Mohamed,
ActiveWriter is a Castle Contrib project, which means it's not developed
as part of Castle Project and it appears it's original developer loose
interest in it. There was some discussion on the group when someone else
wanted to step in and take over the project, but it appears nothing came
out of it.
So it seems to be in a limbo unless someone (you?) decides to update and
maintain it.

I still see ActiveWriter advised in many places to users wondering
about NHibernate generators.
But looking for it, that usually takes me to:
http://using.castleproject.org/display/Contrib/ActiveWriter
Last version referenced there was released in June 2008, and the page
speaks about integration with Visual Studio 2005!!
Is the project dead? -OR- Is there a more updated page for it?
Thanks a lot.
