My comment was in relation to CVSI (Castle Visual Studio Integration)
another contrib VS project which provides MonoRail/NVelocity support, not
ActiveWriter.

I did notice that there is an ActiveWriter project on github already,
however the code hasn't been imported yet. I can't remember who created it,
but we should get the code imported and remove it from svn.
