try the CVS version, if you��re not using it.
There were a
few issues in the release version. But, I don��t think any of them related to
what you mentioned.
If you found
that creates object in the database (for example, from the GUI of the database)
after a rollback. It is almost certain you��re your databse is mis-configured or
your database doesn��t support transaction.

I am not using db.close() anywhere. I tried and I get
TxClosedRolledBackException (or something similar - can't remember now).
