Thanks.

I am still having a problem with the PoolMan. What should the full castor
configuration file look like? What type of engine should be specified?

Hi,
Yes, we use PoolMan with Castor.
Simple:
  <data-source class-name="com.codestudio.sql.PoolManDataSource">
    <params database-name="oraclepool" />
  </data-source>

In poolman.xml we defined section for datasource named "oraclepool".

Does anyone have any experience or tips on using Castor, in J2EE "mode"
with JNDI, and PoolMan connection pooling.

Here is a reference to the PoolMan tool:

Thanks in advance,
