Adam-

I'm currently helping to provide PostgreSQL support for Castor,
though my time is limited currently to weekends and nights. I tend to
recomend the JDBC driver that can be built by the PostgreSQL package,
mostly because of my experience with it. How experienced are you with
jxdbcon? Have you used it with or without castor?

There are some odd bugs I'm currently trying to track down that can been
seen in the Castor tests, but I haven't commited my changes yet since I
haven't actually solved them yet. :-) But, I can tell you that I'm
running Castor with PostgreSQL in a 'production' environment without these
bugs comming up, so it can be done.

What specific help do you need?
