  You are correct... the idea of the 'big refactoring' has had the
undesired effect of reducing fixes because people were expecting a
major change in short order.  I guess I'm saying the refactoring
doesn't matter to me since we have needs now... if we can fix them
now, lets just do it and get on with it.  As far as publishing the
ideas for the refactoring, its a moot point to me.  We _know_ some of
the problems that need fixing.  Lets just worry about fixing them.
And hey, if we do fix them, then the 'big refactoring' is moot
anyways.
