Hi Mika, Arnaud, yes, the use of common-logging makes it possible to replace the logging framework. Then we are able to use the JDK logging (1.4) and the log4J and the UltraSuperLogger Version 10.5 ;-). The API usage of common-logging is nearly the same, only the configuration is different.
Yes, I think the use of the common-logging is a good idea.
