[castor-dev] New cache-implementation

Hi!

Jakarta Commons have a cache project going on, would it be an idea to 
coop with that project if the cache-mechanisme in Castor need to re-done?

I don't know Commons-Cache or the needs for the castor-cache, I'm just 
tossing in a link I stumbled over...
