oh master of understatement <grin/>
IMHO Castor needs a simple way
to find out what type is in a choice and a simple way to get it
using the generated code in the xVRML Project is "cumbersome" at best when dealing with choices
I'm sorry to hear it's "cumbersome" at its best. I'm also not sure that it really adds much to the discussion though, as I think we're all in agreement here that the getValue() method, and a way to determine the type without doing a bunch of if-then-else statements, is definately needed. But I do appreciate your feedback and candor.
I am also glad to hear that I'm a master of something, despite it being in the domain of understatement. It's not everyday you get to be labled as a master of something. I'm sure I can find a way to turn that into a positive! :-)
