I have someone I need to tell their DTD is not **still** valid
[indeed I found that out through using oXygen]
and they have in the past said that they did not trust
the results I got from using oXygen...
that they were somehow oXygen wierdnesses
[even though oXygen just uses the Apache XML jars]
so I am looking for an authoritative and neutral online service
to examine a DTD
so I could compare the results before filing the report
