Hello Phil. Thanks for this. One additional question: I see that Universal
recommends draining the seawater system and muffler BEFORE pumping through
the antifreeze mix.

I lost a few days working on this beast.
I know I'm jumping back in without reading everything up to this point but
here's my winterizing.
The water system and the head/holding tank get RV water system PINK (about
6gals) added after she run and pumped dry. Every faucet is run until I get
pink out of both the hot and cold sides.
The hose is removed from the inlet strainer and put directly into a
non-toxic green engine anti-freeze gallon container and the engine is run
until she first spits green. This gets the engine raw water and the aqua
lift muffler.
Once upon a time Wing Tip wintered with gallons of Vodka in the water
system, but the pink RV anti-freeze is more reliable.
