We've found lots of boats for sale, but hardly any upstate. If I had the time to tinker, I'd love to get a project boat, but reality and swmbo say get one you can sail now with minor work. That's what dictates transporting a boat; they're all 300 to 400 miles away. Here again, if I had the time, it'd be a great late spring trip to bring a boat over water to Ithaca.
Thanks for the lead on the "project" 27. If you hear of anything else drop me a line. I'm going to stop at Johnson's next week to see if they know of anything.
