Hey I only missed being closer to you by about 31 minutes, so I will
take some solace in that. When I talked to you at about 2 and ABN was
anchored about 2 miles from the line, I thought I might have a shot,
but just as I left Sandy Point I felt a breath of wind and it seems
that is all the boys needed. I could see them moving, even if it was
pretty damn slow. Went out at about 6:15 to the beach in our
community, maybe 7.5 miles south of the bridge and saw movistar
inching its way toward the bridge about halfway across the creek.
Hope to catch the Pearl on her way north in the am but have to tend to
our 3 1/2 year old golden retriever that had knee surgery today all
day tomorrow. Pick her up in the am and plan on babying her all day.
Not that she will remember anything, but gotta keep our baby
comfy. 6 weeks without getting off her duff other than to do her
business is going to be tough on all involved.
Been building ramps and bins (nice word for cages) all day when
not watching the VOR boats, ah, I mean working.
