Hi Tim:
I have one that I like called "The Wind in the Rigging." I got it in 1995 at
this quaint little nautical shop in the Outer Banks, but it is available on
Amazon.
Unfortunately, Amazon doesn't have any sampler tracks recorded. It's mainly
pipe and harmonica music:

the kid's birthday(18th) is Thursday and, oddly enough, she wants a CD of
sailing shanties.
she only sails intermittantly, so I dont know where this is coming from,
although it
may've had something to do with seeing "Master & Commander" on a huge home
projection
screen last month, I dunno. (terrific, btw)
so anyway, does anyone have any recommendations on a CD of Sea Shanties?
These
should most likely be true Shanties, not vacation music. (no disrespect to
vacation
music, just not relevant on this occassion)
thanking you all in advance,
