Ok cheating a bit but I hate to always be silent about the virtues of a C270 only to lose C27 owners to other boats. After all Catalina had 30 years of owner inputs plus they’d been looking at the Childress modification list for 10 years when they designed the C270. They didn’t waste any of it.   I do 11 at least once a year but I don’t sail like this since my bimini frame really forces you to walk through 1 or 4 to go forward. It’s a lot more useable without 3 & 6 but we race with only 1 & 10 or 1, 3, & 10.     I remember one New Years cruise where Gina & I didn’t go to the YC party so the party came to us about 11 PM.
