Dan B - I have had a West Marine Sospenders automatic inflatable for last five years. I singlehand most of the time.  It has built in ring for lifting purpose.  I am 6'1" and sevelt 220 lbs and inflatable is very comfortable.  Light weight and not too hot to wear when temp hits 96 plus.  No problem with maintenance.  It is suggested to replace cartridge now and then ( three years?) but you need to look at factory suggestion on replacement.  Easy to do  Others may have different suggestions.     Clyde Thorington ex C27 now C30 San Jose, CA
