You are looking for a Lister-Petter dealer. I found the parts were readily available if you are not looking for a replacement water cooled head. But I have since learned that the head may be available for England. Do a google search.   The air cooled version of this engine is widely used as a small industrial engine so you should be able to find someone who knows all about it.   My mechanic is a family member and the shop with the parts is in Virginia.
