I don't recognize the boat. The news reports say it had "mechanical problems" - missing engine? I guess that would qualify. The boat appeared to be in pretty good shape otherwise - i.e. it was floating. Looks like a basic case of unpreparedness to me - those rocks are pretty easy to see and to get around. Fortunately, nobody hurt, including a pregnant woman. It couldn't have been comfortable sitting there for two hours listening to the hull whack against the rocks.
