WJV (Baltimore Channel 13) is showing a C27 stuck on the rocks at the mouth of
the Patapsco River. I know a lot of the locals are familiar with White Rocks.
The boat's name is November in my Soul and it's hailport is Annapolis. It is
an outboard model but there doesn't appear to be a motor mounted where there
should be one.
Anyone know anything about the boat?
The Md. State Police also have a helicopter there and USCG is on the scene.
