I got an email from a guy in Arnold (Annapolis area) who saw my web site and wanted to know if there are any C27s for sale in the Annapolis area. He's looking to spend $10K or under, a boat in good condition that he can make bristol. As far as I can tell, he's not going to send you a check for $20K and ask that you "wire transfer the difference".
