you should be able to get to the bulb through the access at the front of the V-berth it should pull out towards the inside then you can go to the local car parts store or Wallmart some place like that they are comon bulbs.

On the way in Sunday evening I noticed my port running light is out. I had checked them a few weeks ago and all were working, sp I am guessing a bulb may have blown. Does anyone know what bulb I need? This is the separate port and starboard oval pointed lights just under the rub rail on the bow?
