Cheap and Clear Lake do not usually occur in the same sentence. Call South
Texas Yacht Service at Watergate and Seabrook Shipyard and get a quote.

I didn't look at the boat too close when I was there yesterday, how us the
bottom paint?. Make sure you check everything before you launch, because I
think that boat has been sitting. You don't want to need to pull the boat to
fix something you missed.

Hi Steve!

I viewed your Web site...your boat looks GREAT!!! I can't wait to get on mine
and start working on it. Right now it's still on the sales lot at FM 2094(?)
next to the Valero station just down from Watergate.

Do you know of a CHEAP boat yard who will put her in the water for me and
step the mast? Like I said, I'm new to this adventure and basically have no
knowledge of anything...plus, I live an hour away down in Lake Jackson so it's
not easy for me just to go drive somewhere, although I can if needed.

Feel free to take a look at her if your driving that way... :)

Thanks for your help...and maybe in a few months I would like your A/C system
in my boat.

  Thanks!
Lance

I have a dinette model and i installed a Mermaid 5000 BTU unit under the rear
dinette seat with vents coming out on each side of the port cabinet above the
table. Super quiet and well worth the extra money.
