Bob, I haven't had to do this, but I have read that it will come out.  Break 
all the tabbing from the tank.  Push the tank outboard, then rotate the inboard 
side up and pull it out.  I have in by notes the the original supplier of tanks 
for Catalina is    Ezell Industires (FL)  850-578-2558.  Let me know how it 
goes.
