Bob I have an 83 dinette and the tank was easily removed. I purchased a new one from Atlantic Coastal Welding, 16 Butler Blvd., Bayville, NJ 08721, 800/434-8265. I was also advised Florida Marine Tank, 16480 NW 48th Ave., Miami, Fl 33014, 305/620-9030 is a good manufacturer. If you have one fabricated make sure you accurately measure your tank. Mine was not a rectangular box as I thought. Don"t ask. I lost about 3 gal capcaity. John

I will try putting chalk dust down around it to see if I can find a path the fuel might be taking. However, the bigger question, which we've talked about before <G>, is how to get the old one out without cutting a bigger hole in the starboard lazarette bottom. The second question is where to get a new one. Bob Mann **************Get trade secrets for amazing burgers. Watch "Cooking with Tyler Florence" on AOL Food.
