I have a inland marine policy written through my homeowners agency covering
a 1987 with inboard diesel at $18,000 declared value, 500 deductible, 500,000
lilability and pay $123 a year. Boat is sailed in Great Lakes and must be
on the hard 12/1 through 4/1. which is a no brainer for my area. Hastings

Hello,

I am currently in the process of shopping for an insurance for my C27
(1978) as National Marine has the bad habit of increasing their premium
by 15% every year!

They intend to charge me $456 for this coming year, $100,000 liability
$500.00 deductible and $4500 for the boat value. Does this seem
resonable knowing I only navigate on the Hudson river and the boat being
wet for only 4-5 months?

Any other insurance company to suggest?

Thanks for the feedback!

Stephan
